This applies regardless of the medium (print, web, merchandise) and also to free and non-commercial uses. Acquiring an original work transfers no rights of use; these remain with the artist (§ 33 UrhG).

Sharing pages and posts of this website through the link and share functions of social networks — including the preview images generated automatically in the process — is expressly permitted and welcome, provided the link to art-koenig.at is retained and the images are not altered. Linking to this website is permitted at any time. Our newsletters may be forwarded in full and unaltered.

Not permitted are downloading and independently republishing the image files without attribution and consent, embedding the content in other websites (framing) and hotlinking the image files directly.

Orders and right of withdrawal

Orders for the art book placed through this website are binding (€ 348.— incl. VAT, plus shipping; payment in advance upon receipt of invoice). Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw within fourteen days; the full withdrawal instructions including the model withdrawal form are part of the ordering process and of the order confirmation. The publication date of the art book (expected in the first quarter of 2027) and information on the availability of works are provisional; changes and errors excepted.

Liability for links

This website may contain links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. No liability is accepted for such external content; responsibility rests with the respective provider. Should we become aware of any infringement, such links will be removed without delay.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Please contact us directly with any concern — in our experience a good solution is found.
